Calculate Java MIDlet Cache folder in 0:/system/java/ 

the hash is determined the following way: 
- first, the MIDlet-Name and MIDlet-Vendor are cleaned from leading and trailing spaces 
- second, they are concatenated together (Vendor then Name) 
- third, the value (16-bit unsigned) is calculated: 

for (hash=i=0; i<s.length; i++) hash = hash*37 + s.charAt(i);
